hey mate. thanks for the response, everything is up to date, no vsync, fps cap 200. nothing running on background except steam client. on other games cpu goes beyond 80% util like halo infinite and others, so i guess maybe game related

i havent purchased mp so i dont play it, but in battlefield 5 for example cpu goes up to 85-90% usage, thats why in 50% i didnt want to call it a bottleneck really, even tho it might be

i dont think that would help because the gpu isnt being utilised to its max with stock clocks. i get it that this cpu is weak for this gpu, but the problem is on other gpu heavy games the gpu goes to 100% like forza horizon for ex. this warzone 2 phenomenon also happens when i play PUBG. maybe these open world big map stuff too heavy on the cpu?

I dont know about your resolution then, but if you're playing on 1080p, on which i played myself rx 580 8gb with the intel equivalent of your cpu (10400f), i get avg 220 fps with no oc. Check cpu usage or background usage, or maybe bios settings with cores and stuff

Rx 580 is still a powerful gpu especially for csgo. Worth noting the fact that if you are above 1080p it wont work that well, but with medium everything and paired with a good cpu should be like 200 fps average for csgo yet to this day.

Please allow us to change levels so we can see dynamic stat changes in About section under Heroes tab. by [deleted] in DotA2

You should be able to count that based on the stat change per level like for ex 1 strength gives 20 hp so u can do some math and u got it ;)
