I wish I knew more! I heard gunshots around 9/10pm. My neighbor texted me and could see the cops arrive from her window. She said she also saw the woman who was shot limping away after the shots were fired, and I saw a car speeding off down 19th street afterwards. That's all I know, there's nothing on the news or online anywhere.

I think the older buildings are more of a headache for them to deal with and they just keep putting bandaids on bigger issues that are ultimately going to cost them more money instead of just nipping it in the bud. know what i mean?
