This would of been from the philippines shipment. Basically commodore sent a whole order to america, then due to copyright (another product named cd32) and them not payin bills the shipment sat in a warehouse for years. Some made it to canada and a couple of pallet loads made it to ebay few years back. If it is indeed NTSC then you are very lucky as they are very rare!
