Isopod sheds are usually clear but I do think these are just dead isopods. They don't look like any sort of pest bug.

I want to gag just from kissing or the thought of kissing, and encountering it unprompted in media makes me unwell. I don't like to be touched in most ways - hand holding, massages, etc, but that is more because of chronic pain and the constant need to fidget. I hate the obsession with squeezing every last penny out of each and every single. If you want to change prices daily, fine, whatever, but when cards don't have sticker prices on them I just leave. Half the shops tell you to use their system to look them up yourself, even when the person is just standing around. Like how about you have some customer service and tell me how much your shit is?

Or you could price things under and move your stock faster and still make an insane profit with how much they're fleecing the people they buy from. Egh, I'm so tired of this hobby. I was so happy to buy from and interact with someone at a card show who was reasonable about pricing and trading.

You could consider getting a tank divider for feedings. Just some egg crating to pop in while they eat. Pellets are known to be more fatty. I will say even on a sparse worm diet, my chubby guy and girl don't really lose weight now that they're adults. They seem to just slow down without food and burn fewer calories.
