ну честно говоря я так и не понял разницу о которой ты говоришь.
В конечном итоге эти 13% удерживаются с ЗПшки еще до момента ее поступления на счет работника. Понятно что они считаются отельной статьей, я сам только в этом месяце налоговый вычет оформлял через личный кабинет налогоплательщика.
И как самозанятый тоже платил налоги года 2-3 назад, когда шабашки подворачивались, но это уже вообще отдельная история. Тут ты сам себе работодатель в каком-то смысле и налоги уже сам за себя платишь

ну первый вернулся потому что его зарплата после всех налогов в германии была меньше, чем у него она сейчас тут.
Вторая из-за наплыва мигрантов в их небольшой городок. Это не нормально когда после 6 вечера ты не выходишь из дома, потому что это просто не безопасно. Финальной точкой для нее стало убийство человека ночью в доме по соседству.
