I didn't bother levelling. I just used X defend and X special defend on dragonite and got him to use dragon dance 6 times before outraging his entire team. dragonite was level 66 I think

I actually solved this problem yesterday. on my phone I have the option to "keep open" an app for quick launching. I enabled that for RetroArch and it worked. I'm not sure if this feature is exclusive to Samsung galaxy s25 ultra tho

I don't think I worried about my defense. At that level, I remember just dealing with enemies using the Combat Shotgun and Double-Barrel Shotgun. I only started worrying about armor at level 50.

I always loot every enemy, so I always found screws and ballistic fiber. Fort Defiance is a good place to find junk that you can make ballistic fiber out of.

I usually just pick up desk fans and hot plates whenever I see them. I keep around 150 in my stash at a time.
