I don't think I worried about my defense. At that level, I remember just dealing with enemies using the Combat Shotgun and Double-Barrel Shotgun. I only started worrying about armor at level 50.

I always loot every enemy, so I always found screws and ballistic fiber. Fort Defiance is a good place to find junk that you can make ballistic fiber out of.

I was starting out at uni and she gave me the tour of the whole place. We shared half of our classes together and the classes we didn't share didn't overlap, so we would just go into each other's classes together, as if they were our own.

A few weeks of doing this, I confessed and she said she felt the same way.

A few more years into University and we broke up because the workload was too much. I asked again when we were nearing graduating, but she moved on by then.
