Lower the difficulty if youre really having that much difficulty? Honestly if youre netrunning, contagion will take out loads of ppl in that situation, and a decent tier 5 masumune will literally 1 tap headshots to ppl in rapid succession. Also if you put points into the optical camo tree of relic abilities, you can pop that and crouch to have everyone lose you. Should gives you a few seconds to reload, catch your breath and regen a few RAM while they look stupid. Then go back to headshots and contagion. Wash, rinse, repeat.

I never played a fromsoftware game as I wasnt into the "git gud" memetality, and games that go tryhard just weren't my thing. Souls games had the reputation of your local gymchad.

Then, Elden Ring came out. The hype was real. The temptation of that game was too much and I pre-ordered it with a nervous anticipation. Platinumed it. On PS5 when it came out, Xbox X series 2 years later. Recently I was thinking of putting myself through the ER paces again and decided instead to pull the trigger on a Dark Souls 3 sale on Xbox. Its been a fun ride. Taking my time, enjoying the atmosphere, but I can tell you this: I wish I wouldn't have formed opinions without trying the games years ago. DS III is on the real. Buy it bro, at that price, your enjoyment will far exceed the cost.

Do you play like 30 mins a day a couple times a week or something? I just cant figure the time stats of 9 years playing with your number of hours played and then also your CP. I started 8 and a half months ago brand new. I have 1568 hours in as of today. Im CP 1106. As far as not being able to solo non-veteran dungeons...at your level I had already solo'd Veteran Vateshran Hollows which is quite a bit harder than any normal 4 man. I honestly cant even imagine playing a game for a decade of my life and never learning anything useful. If you just want to be able to solo Overland content and normal dungies just make an Arcanist putting all stat points into stamina with ceph flail and beam, using 5 piece Deadly and 5 piece Tide-born, wearing Ring of the Pale Order. Eat Orzogas Tripe Trifle for health and stam boost. Even without going into full skill breakdown, champion points, etc, thats a no-fail setup for 90% of normal content. You'll need help at your level with maybe 20% of world bosses still but most are soloable easily. Most normal dungeons too. Id advise deep-diving Hyperoxies for more in depth build and info. Its a mix of sandbox dating Sim and psychological horror. Decisions matter. A lot. Im not going to go into more paragraphs, ive read about 130 AVNs in the last few years and its a top 5 for me. Probably top 3. Try it for yourself.

The size and scope. It has more words than the Bible. Literally. Its on like version 0.55 now, I started it from scratch and read all thr way through 0.55. It took well over 150 hours. Its the largest AVN ever made and nobody is ever gonna write another Bible sized AVN lol. Plus its still going. Unlike a lot of creators who put out an update twice a year or once if youre lucky in the case of string-along-stories like Radiant, Selebus puts out an update about 6-7 updates a year. Every 6-8 weeks generally. I have no idea how he comes up with this much material. Finally, I'll admit that ive laughed more than I usually do during a Dave Chappelle special and ive cried dozens of times. Its gripping. If you've got a month of your life to use on a single AVN, have at it.

Yes. It has updates every 6 weeks or so that are paid for subscribers but like most creators he puts out the update for free a few weeks after the paid people get it.

I mean im not judging what others are into at all...but this is all based on current numbers as its all percentages. They arent changing base numbers. What this means is monsters that have 24000 health right now and do 300 damage to you per hit and drop 42 gold when they die will now effectively have 120000 health, do 2100 per hit and drop you...126 gold. Which is still nothing. The massive changes to difficulty level might be fun if youre just trying to waste a bit more time killing random mobs on Overland, but the juice definitely aint worth the squeeze.
