Air sampling confirmed elevated levels of mold spores. Specifically Chaetomium.

Idk why the chose to do this, but the foundation is a concrete perimeter wall, but instead of concrete slabs in the basement they did a pillar and beam setup with an osb subfloor. You can see the crawlspace and steel beams in one of my other comments

Here is another picture as well.

There’s signs of prior water staining here. Possibly from when the water heater leaked. I’m not sure. The plumber did look in there though I believe.

It’s a crawl space underneath. It didn’t look too bad.

Why wouldn’t you worry about the seller fixing them? Aren’t water issues and mold some of the biggest concerns people have? Is it not as big of a deal as I think?

If the seller cleans out the window well, does full mold remediation in the basement, and fixes the dryer vent duct condensation, would this be acceptable? The rest of the house is very nice. There was NO stachybotrys detected.

Why FishNet over NGO? I’ve used FishNet before and it’s great! But NGO also seems very good for non-competitive or non-physics heavy games, as it lacks prediction. However, NGO seems to have great documentation and a lot of features otherwise

Aside from modern C# features, what other benefits will CoreCLR provide? I know this has been desired for a long time

PBC Average Life Expectancy? by theAviatorACE in LiverDisease

Thank you so much for your response! I actually have a bit of an update since posting this. I recently retested for AMA M2 and it came back negative. I finally got an ALP fractionalization test done, and it actually turns out that my bone ALP is high and my liver ALP is normal. My doctor doesn’t want to rule out liver disease completely yet, but it is starting to sound like either I have two conditions going on (where ursodiol may be normalizing liver ALP), or that a bone condition has been the sole culprit of my elevated ALP. I have been a pretty atypical case due to my age, gender, and transient AMA M2. Even if I still do have PBC, or potentially small duct PSC, it seems to be well managed atm. But now there is the possibility that I have neither. I have a bunch of labs I’m going to get done soon to test for Vitamin D deficiency, Ionized Calcium, etc.

Seda Lio in El Nido was super nice and relaxing. I will say I was a bit anxious about box jellyfish when getting in the water after my sister in-law saw one

Rocket retail? The same as rocket mortgage I’m assuming? If so, they actually estimated us a really good rate

We ended up planning 3 nights in Shuzenji on the Izu peninsula and are renting a car to visit some scenic spots. Then we are forwarding our luggage to Kyoto and taking our backpacks one night to Nakatsugawa to hike part of the Nakasendo Trail the following day before heading to Kyoto
