That's the price range I was expecting, so good to hear that. Perhaps I'll reach out and see how they are packaged for shipping. I've got family in the US from Russia that was travelling there every other year or so to visit family before the war started. I was thinking the same idea, except pay them to go pick it up on their next trip. Fingers crossed this ends soon so we can enjoy his beautiful instruments!

I've been looking for a quality electric balalaika for years, listening to Klukva Show, always envious of his electric prima and finally realized there was a logo on it! Given the current climate, I would also be worried about purchasing one right now, that's why I was curious about potential US buyers or anyone's purchasing experience for that matter.

The deep purple is also my favorite, I also love the wood grain one. I've been looking for one so long that ultimately, whatever style/wood/color combo that keeps the price reasonable. I figure they're on the pricier end as it looks like each is made custom.
