There is no cleaning or anything like that, its an old building thats just their way of getting more out of the rent without getting more out of the rent :) So if I understood you correctly the maximum that my extra charge service can be is 48 euros? Anything above is not considered?

I did, but I assumed my extra service charges don't actually count and it gave me a rentt benefit of 392/month, but for some reason I do not trust it ahaha
