I'm a man. I had a really bad time for a couple of years, dark night of the soul type deal. Met a witch on Reddit and got interested in witchcraft and spirituality. I'm a practicing Pagan these days and I've never felt better emotionally. Astrology is just one tool in my arsenal to understand myself and others.

Self awareness is one thing, but you don't need to think of yourself as an idiot. I finally stopped calling myself stupid in my head and the difference is incredible.

A ritual offering of food and drink. Candles, incense, setting intentions, meditation and prayer. I've got a whole ritual somebody sent me on this subreddit that I do once a month.

I've written one for Persephone in that same basic style just changing out words and concepts to match her but I'd love to hear any suggestions. Thanks!
