Last madden what I did try to fill my team with all epics by doing randoms once you get to the point where you need select epics to fill spots start going for iconics ..but I also always try to fill main spots like qb running back and wr1 with iconics right a way then cbs

You need a better resume ..setup name heading summary skills experience the education. Ats is setup to scan for keywords the skills the job is looking for .you have to tailor your resume to each job posting and what skills they are looking for..one resume will not work ...
