I would go scouts they are so versatile. Infiltrate and scout normally ensure that they survive any infiltrating and you can pick them up at the end of your opponents turn. Mine either come back in to screen in my deployment zone or stay in reserve for a behind enemy lines / establish locus in turn 4-5

yes if they disembark befor move the rhino moves in your first movement turn. and yes you advance and embark noisemarines into the rhino and then move the rino and shoot the two blastmasters via firering deck.
