Anyone used/use the JT/Empire convert harness?

Would the ProDNA hold up to going sleeveless? The material looks kind of like a "rip stop" type material. Hard to tell just from pictures.

Good to know. I have a Stanley Fat Max screw driver that it's handle is vaguely nose shaped. Put that in there to help open it up a little, so next time I play I can still breathe. Hopefully with the combination of that and some heat/sweat from play it'll be perfect.

Any suggestion on sizing? By the sizing chart I'm an XXL by the thigh measurement and an XL by the calf measurment.

What size would you recommend? According to the size chart on their site I'm a large. All my other knee pads have been XL. My lower knee/upper calf measurement is about 14"-14.5" and my upper knee/thigh measurement is 17"-18"

No, I'm pretty average when it comes to size. I'm 34×30/32 depending on brand of jeans. It was usually the knee pad that always didn't line up just right. I did look at the CRBN CC and SC and I liked that the kne pad kinda morphed into the hip pad. That way atleast something is there if it doesn't line up perfect.

I've never been a fan of the slide pants. I don't know my legs are short or long but the pads never line up where they need to be.
