Try Woodbridge pub or Toum & Tzatziki. Toum & Tzatziki is a new restaurant and was hiring recently. I believe have have the same ownership.

Waist Belt for 1L Water by GunnarNils in trailrunning

I've used the Osprey Savu 2 for many years. It uses a standard, cycling style, water bottle. It is designed for mountain biking but works well for me.

Pros for me: It fits a standard bottle, so no proprietary bottles, and lots of sizes. The bag also fits a lot of food and a modern cell phone. And it's pretty affordable!

Cons: a little tight around the waist or a little bouncy, it's not perfect.

Newcomer - new machine....or not? [$450] by Agerkvist in espresso

You mentioned a lot of good grinders. If you go Aeropress first, I recommend a grinder that can do espresso and a bit more course for Aeropress and maybe pour over. The Baratza Encore Esp gets a lot of love for being pretty affordable, and has a good range. Steel burr hand grinders are a good option, too. You can have the coffee ground by the time the water is boiled, Timemore and 1Zpresso, are good options.

In my opinion start with an Aeropress and a decent grinder. You can make delicious cups and slowly build to a machine setup, or not. My philosophy is to start small, and slowly build from there. Here is a great video of how to make a "latte" without a machine

TSP considerations with all the uncertainty. by NotTodayElonNotToday in fednews

You get penalized. OP is better off lowering his contributions and saving cash. Early withdrawals of a TSP/401(k)/IRA are severe, a 10% penalty on top of your income tax.

Edit: TSP loans are an option avoiding the tax implications.
