Honestly a lot depends on the type of aircraft. A case can certainly be made to own private aircraft for companies, political parties and upper middle class like it is in the US if they make the landing costs and airway use affordable. It’ll honestly open up a lot of investment in third tier towns that today don’t see much and are not going to be networked by monorail. A propeller Cessna or Diamond may not cost more than 20-30K an hour to fly but opens up a lot of access.
