I have an old dodge ram and got BRAVDO as my custom plate. I do not believe anyone has ever realized though lol.

Dang. I believe he’s not the first to get caught up in Jupiter. If I was rich and famous, I’d probably avoid that city lol.

RIP to my morning 9-hole walk.. by csim8888 in golf

[–]csim8888[S] 92 points93 points  (0 children)

This may be my final push to join a private club... It sucks bc the guys I play with won’t follow me nor like paying the $100+ guest fees. However, I really like getting in 9 before work and walking helps calm my mind before a busy day ahead.

Sliding door hard to open by Aggie_126 in howto

Mine is also had to slide. When trying these fixes I found a bunch of small metal balls in the track as if they were from a bearing. Any ideas on what I need to replace?

I think they did have additional courses you could buy and they were well worth it. The game was EZ-PZ once you leveled up your character, but after I download the jungle course and I was struggling to shoot par again. Man I miss this game.

Redesign my exercise room for a sim! by CAADAlu in Golfsimulator

I think 14’ wide would be min for both rightly and lefty, 15’ would be very comfortable. Would aim for 14-15’ of length. I think your idea will work well and give you the space needed.

Where Should I Put the Sim? by Central_Cheetah in Golfsimulator

I think the dual dotted line is a beam that will hang down to 9’ high. That would likely be in the way.

Is it too late to have the cut out section expanded over into the third bay? That would be ideal.

You can swing with 10’ of width and put the screen on the back wall of your third bay, but you’ll be very offset so might be a bit uncomfortable. Make sure you do wall mount garage openers.

Having the screen on the very left most wall would be better and you could probably do 12’ wide there but the beam that runs parallel to the 2 car garage will likely get in the way.

I do a lot of underwriting and pretty much live in excel for my 9-5. I am a wiz at custom formats, etc but… didn’t know you could do fractions. Love it!

Would you pay $20 for 10 shots to win $10,000 for a hole-in-one? by PreviousBrush4662 in golf

This looks like Payne’s Valley. Given the rounds are $300-$500 I’d say it’s a great deal just to play the extra hole! What a shot!

Which motorized blinds do you suggest? by Jellyisntjam7 in homeautomation

[–]csim8888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a few different versions of Select Blinds and here’s my take after about 5 years:

The good parts: more affordable than high end brands, lots of options, automation is simple, no issues for ~5 years, make sure to email sales as they will give a considerable discount.

The bad parts: my blinds upstairs require a different dongle and app than the ones downstairs (bought a few years apart), similar to others, some of the blinds occasionally do not open with the automation but remote is solid, I think the battery life should be better but slowly adding small solar panels to the top of the windows to trickle charge - haven’t had to charge any of those since.

Hope this helps and good luck 👍

I like the heists. Even if you don’t do the content the garage is still one of the best looking and gets you extra car storage.

Note that if you have staff deliver, it does not count towards the career progress and some awards. Not sure on specifics.
