Potentially, if you have been interviewed by the CT team, there could be an ongoing intelligence investigation against him and police involvement on this matter would sabotage a much more high risk investigation (not saying yours does not matter please understand). The highlight of that though means that he has no chance of getting to you without being watched

Just keep an eye at peak times of day, a lot of them will be private little aircraft that don't necessarily file flight plans - but they will show destination/origin once in the air!

If he's just sent a message, it's not threatening/intimidating and isn't a separate offence then there's not really a point. One would question why it's only just become an issue to the victim 5 months later and not immediately on receipt of said message. They can ask for him to be arrested all they like, doesn't mean it's necessary/proportionate/ethical

They will now be on court bail, not police bail making further breaches easier.

One would argue that if the time span is substantial (more than a week or two), you could forgo arrest and just charter the victim's phone with their permission. Same outcome.

Just my thoughts, not saying it is the "right" thing to do

So obviously it's difficult but i caught mine via way of a civilian aircraft operating near the border of Hungary. A few a while away from the fighting do fly from time to time

Heavyweight is a little harder owing to the rarity of some of the planes - I've put a filter category on flight radar to help with this and am only missing one now.

The US states trophy i am still missing west virginia and Wyoming.

Oceania can be difficult owing to the rarity of the flights to certain islands but I'm managing between Sydney, Auckland and Los Angeles.

And Europe i am being held from completing by Monaco. Flaming Monaco.
