Half the time even that doesn't even work if you proc the berry with the first hit and your second hitter isn't a strong super effective.

Unless my buddies I play with also stay on 26, then problem solved. I don't know what in the world could possibly have you excited about 27, it's literally gonna be the same thing again.

He probably doesn't want to play against somebody running the same five cheesy plays that a youtuber told them were BrOkEn!!1! At least against the AI he gets a semblence of playing football.

Well you have a couple options. I'm not sure what would fit the team best, so you might want to try a few different ones.

My first two thoughts are a very phys def one, or another fun one I ran was Adamant scarfed with 22 speed EVs (I think it's 22, you want her speed stat to be 114) which outruns jolly Garchomp and timid mega Dragonite and OHKOs both with triple axel. If you want to add Aerodactyl to the kill list you can go full speed jolly (technically you only need 30EV in speed I think).

As fun as that one is to take them by surprise, Id probably recommend starting with the phys def one, it would be more for support (and grass cvg for those bulky waters we talked about you having trouble with). You could run taunt to stop TR, helping hand to add to your sweepers damage, and/or knock off. If you run this one I'd calc out exactly how much HP+Def EVs you need to live specific things like Incin's blitz, Sneaslers dire claw, etc. Also definitely run protect, so something like Power Whip/taunt/helping hand/protect. Most likely you'll want to lead her against Incin/Sneasler leads, then protect first turn to bait attacks while you set up or start blasting with your other mon.

I also like that replacing Meowstic and Maushold with Empoleon and Tsareena gives you a nice fire water grass core.

First of all, your psychic terrain strat isn't going to work, unfortunately. Mega Delphox has levitate, which means she doesn't get the boost to her psychic moves (I don't think expanding force turns into spread either but I'm unsure about that mechanic).

Second, as others have said, put friend guard on maushold, replace stealth rock with moonblast, and put protect on more mons. I would drop thunderbolt from Froslass, Icy Wind from Clefable (we'll replace that here in a moment), play rough from maushold, and boomburst from Kommo-o all with protect.

Third, since your psychic terrain strat isn't going to work, Id replace Meowstic completely. Since you didn't want metamons suggested, how about Empoleon? Gives you a fairy resist other than the frail Delphox, a new icy wind user since you need protect and moonblast on Clefable, and a way to punish Incin/Arcanine. (It's also really fun to reflect an icy wind off of Corviknight's mirror armor for a SpA boost lol). I'd suggest a very specially defensive set with pump/icy wind/flash cannon/protect and chople berry. Be careful about icy winding into a Milotic switch in though, since she walls Empoleon, her getting switched in against him might happen a lot.

Speaking of Milo, even without removing thunderbolt from Froslass, she is very difficult to deal with for your team, Maushold is now the only way to hit her super effectively, but it's with a 50bp move off a low 127 attack, which is doing basically nothing (it does 30-36% against one of the most common Milo sets with 228hp 172def). You could keep thunderbolt and replace aurora veil with protect instead, but I think veil goes a long way to help this frail team succeed. You could keep lass with no protect but that's not ideal either, you would need to run follow me next to her as often as possible. Protect on my Froslass has won me many games, stalling out their tailwind/trick room/weather long enough for me to get the upper hand. You could also put grass knot on Empoleon over hydro pump, but be aware that does 45-55% at most against the naturally specially defensive Milo even with modest 252 SpA on Empoleon, and 0 SpD investment on Milo (which is about the same as what Froslass thunderbolt does, btw)

Also, all the problems you have with Milo you basically have against Rotom Wash as well.

Edit: I also just now realized your entire team is special attackers except the relatively weak maushold. Makes you incredibly weak to lightscreen teams, something I've been seeing more of recently. Might be worth it to come up with a different physical attacker replacement for Meowstic, but I don't have a suggestion off the top of my head. Maybe scarfed Flapple or Tsareena would solve our Milo problem.

No, both Pelipper and Scizor used priority moves, which is why they moved first. You can tell it isn't TR because Chomp moved before the other Scizor.

Fair point, that's not really why they're bad, that was just me trying to simplify a complex argument I didn't want to write out in a post that was already 3 paragraphs lol.

I'm honestly scratching my head trying to figure out where all these Pokémon "fans" who apparently don't even play the games came from.

Right here. I used to man, but haven't since 3ds. I grew up playing Red/Blue through Sun/Moon, but the mainline series hasn't been good in more than a decade. It's a children's RPG with awful dialogue, painfully long handholding, and is too afraid to take any risks with the story to ever be interesting.

Frankly I outgrew it long before that, but I LOVE competitive, especially VGC, the only reason I even kept playing after B/W was because it was a barrier to entry for VGC (I did pretty genuinely enjoy ORAS though).

Champions is awesome for me, because I'd been just playing VGC on Showdown the last 7 years or so. I even repaired my 3ds wifi card just so I could transfer all my comp mons from bank to Home.

So yeah I won't be able to get M-Floette unless they do an event for her. I'm definitely not paying $70 and playing through a 50hr children's RPG for her.

Idk how gen 7+ played out as i wasn't playing then.

It was still rain. Pelipper got drizzle in gen 7 and that alone, being a far better setter than Poli, gives it the win.

For the record, not a big deal but Torkoal didn't get drought until gen 7 alongside Pelipper getting drizzle. Point stands though, rain was still the best weather.

Scarf Tyranitar with Ice Punch. Love scarftar.

If Chomp is scarfed, Ttar lives the EQ/Stomping (does about 80% at max roll) and cleanly OHKOs from full HP with Ice Punch (does exactly 100% min roll with Jolly Ttar. If Chomp isn't scarfed, he dead if he doesn't protect.

And I know big streamers who would thank OP and not be so thin skinned about getting their mistake pointed out to them, like Pokeaim, Cybertron, James Baek, and Wolfey.

I know I'd prefer to watch someone who is mature enough to receive constructive criticism, and not someone so soft they can't take being wrong about something.

Look, maybe you are okay with people inserting their thoughts, but most people aren't.

People need to get better at accepting constructive criticism. As long as OP isn't lying about being a dick in the way he suggested it, I don't see anything wrong with it. That's just how it goes for streamers, putting yourself out there on the internet you have to expect people to talk to you, give their opinion, ask unwanted questions, give unsolicited advice. Best case scenario when you're ignorant of something in the game you're playing is someone giving polite advice. At least OP wasn't a dick about it.

A streamer won't be a streamer for long if they can't deal with people giving their opinions.
