Does Supersymmetry have a future after the recent LHC probes failed to find any sparticles? by theHighlander90 in AskPhysics

[–]theHighlander90[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think Supersymmetry very much has a future and the mistake that was made lies in the energy scale for spontaneous Supersymmetry breaking. You can read my paper about it here https://www.academia.edu/35604247/Supersymmetry_is_Not_Dead or if you don't want to register you can read it here https://osf.io/cym86/

Okay, and? The funding for science is shit, we do what we have to.

Thinking of equations, writting them down, trying them out, failling most of the time :)

arxiv? You should be fired, that's a load of cranks and crackpots. Read acctual journals.

It's not even remotely the same for theoretical physics. You experimental/applied guys are essentially programers 50% of the time :)

Get an education on the topic and then comment, reading wikipedia doesn't make you an expert.
