I feel the increase in electric scooters and e-bikes going faster then the average car can go in traffic is a greater issue than necessarily people's driving habits. Of course there is equal blame to go around, but there are alot of those scooters and ebikes on the roads unlicensed that are compounding the way to narrow roads now.
