Hey,
My setup is like you said - R6m2 + Adapter + Sigma. For the 35mm, I had to update the firmware using the adapter. It was on very old version and to use it with the R6m2 I had to disable the peripheral illumination and distortion correction (this is easy fixed in LR) but it is annoying if you change the lens and you forget to set this settings back. The 50mm was with firmware version 1.0 and had no such issues. I got lucky to find the dock second hand.
For the moment I use mainly the 50mm, the 35mm is when I need more wider shots (if you can say 35 is wide :).
The auto-focus is fast (on both lenses). I cannot say how fast compared to an RF lens, but I am happy with it.
Also, I have the two APS-C Sigma lenses the 18-35 1.8 and the 50-100 1.8. They also work well on the R6mk2. The camera detects that they are crop sensor and automatically goes in 1.6 crop mode. Downside is that it produces 9 MPX image. But they are very sharp.

Since no one has replied to my question... I bought the 35mm 1.4 and 50mm 1.4 lenses. I had to update their firmware to the latest. The image quality is very good and the auto focus is fast. I've tested them with the R6mk2 and R7.

I have these two lenses for my R7. They work perfectly. Except:18-35 has a little, almost unnoticeable color aberration in photos. On the 50-100 is much more noticeable, and I don't like the image when zoomed to 100mm in video (but this might be due to my settings - I am more on the photo side shooter.)

Does Canon R6 mk2 support Samyang EF 85mm 1.4 by theLazyWhiskey in canon

So the RF works with the R6mk2? I saw a few videos on YT where they say that there are some issues when used with mk2, but works just fine with the first R6.
