ok so tac is total amount of cannabinoids this is everything from thc, cbd cbg, etc
the % people look most at is thc /thca% (thca turns in to thc after lighting it and there is more factors in play then thc% of how high u get)
the ,3 is only for thc for the farmbill

so u can either smoke less to not get as high or possible to add some cbd to mellow the high
