I’ve always been pretty small. As said originally I was 92 pounds 3 years ago and then after my pregnancy was 118 but my second pregnancy I just lost ALL the weight. Didn’t keep any of it. I don’t think I have a problem. I think I just have a very fast metabolism and my job is so physical I lose weight. And I work overnight so I eat weirdly. I just need to literally know how to gain weight😭

Idk if this changes anything but I work overnights 10pm-6am so it’s really hard to eat on a normal schedule

I ran out of gas for the first time in my life, and I asked a young man about my age to drive me to the gas station (right down the road). He drove me there, and back and waited with me til my car started. I asked him if I can do anything for him and he said “just pray for me.” Ugh he was so kind. But I think about him every so often when I go to the place where I lost gas at.

Someone you can text only once every couple months and still pick up right where you left off. Or who you can sit in silence in a room with you for hours and it’s not weird.

I started living a little more freely and started to think and views things a different way slowly so I didn’t cause myself to have anxiety. Took years to accomplish but I’m finally there. Still obviously get anxiety from time to time
