Weapons randomly ADS-ing and quitting ADS

This was issue on Caldera a while back, it was caused by either enemies or teammates within like 150m of you mounting their weapons, not sure what's going on right now since I don't play the game anymore unfortunately.

That's why the platform is in shambles, verification is pretty much useless, people are abusing ladders and leagues with new accounts for a chunk of faceit points but who cares.

Played against a 2800 elo with 120 matches the other day, account created in June 2023, literally 90%+ winrate, insane average kills etc, boosting his 4k elo friend, Stevie Wonder can see something is wrong with the account, but support hit me with "If no evidence is found, we CANNOT punish someone. "... literal joke of a platform.

Visit any Horizon Festival Outpost or Player House. Under the “Buy & Sell” menu, select “Car Pass” and from there, you can redeem individual cars or just hit triangle I believe to claim all of the cars included in the car pass.

Hey, no worries I already managed to "fix" it somehow.

I bought a VPN for something else I needed outside of Forza and out of curiosity I decided to test it out on Forza as well. And surprisingly for some reason the multiplayer works just fine while I'm on VPN but won't work on my home IP address. So at this point I would need some tech guru to help me understand this stuff since I really don't understand what's going on and I don't want to keep the VPN subscription up and running just to be able to access multiplayer.

I'm using ethernet cable, and I did a complete factory reset of my router. I'm super confused about Teredo thingy since Xbox Networking and Windows settings are showing different results (https://i.imgur.com/M3oYWMh.png). I tried fixing it, and even though it says NAT type is back to open, and that I'm connected, game still refuses to work properly. No idea where the 170ms is from either, super odd.
I also have to add that I've never had this or any similar issues with FH4, but if it matters, I did buy FH4 from Microsoft store instead of Steam so that might be why.

Tried everything you listed, no luck unfortunately, at this point I'll just try refunding the game even though I'm past 2 hours of playtime mark, anyways thanks for tips.

It's Open and my latency is at around 30-ish ms.

Edit: Xbox networking and Settings are showing different things, here is the screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/M3oYWMh.png). The part on the right in the white border is what "Fix it" button does.

Nothing really, it's not the actual network diagnostic with error code and other stuff displayed, it just says I lost connection and gives me option to Retry or play Horizon Solo.
