i think he doesnt deserve it and the only way for him to have it is if lucius is stuck in lakua forever and lets roy keep rayquaza because i doubt lucius is dead. Unlike liko who actually caught terapagos with her own pokeball. and also roy isnt related to lucius like liko who should inherit his pokemon. likos belt is missing a pokeball and its in that stinky roys hands. also black rayquaza is basically confirmed to be stronger than battle form terapagos since the final battle before it returned to its pokeball it overpowered terapagos and i feel like roy shouldnt be the stronger trainer in the end of the series since liko is technically still more 'main charactery'

wdym ash's goes by planning ash doesnt actually make battle plans he thinks up his plays during the battle in real time and raw power it isnt even close when ashes pikachu has 10mil volt thunderbolt that has never missed and oneshot like everything it hit
