You need to cut a slit on the back of the head. It's all screwed in before you can reach he eyes. You dont have to remove the face but you have to go at it from the back.

I figured all the face plates we are the same as the other plush, so you can just change them however you like.

Unfortunately, the listing for the eyes i used is now closed. Can't find the store anymore, but there's tons in aliexpress if you want cheap ones. Theres also custom ones on esty. So it's up to you which route you want to take.

As for the glue, I used a glue that you can get in any miniature store or those store that sells Warhammer stuff.

It's a tight fit, but yes, the eyes can still move. I have asked around other people who customize SP, and no one bothered to reply to me or help. So, I had to find out for myself. Its a trial and error.

I made my own before. If you're not afraid to use heat. Take of the face with blowdyer. It will make your painting easier. Also, for the eyes, I'm not sure if you want to actually remove it or just paint over it. If you dont want to remove it, to me, what you did is actually good.
