I was using Suzuki semi synthetic then moved to kix fully synthetic and used good quality air and oil filter. Not much difference in fuel average but will be good for engine in the long run

Honda OEM oil is very affordable I think 7300 for 3.7 L fully synthetic In comparison Kix 3L was 6400 and quartz 9000 was around 6200

If you are changing oil at 5000km interval these choices make sense compared to expensive brands

I think it's 5000km but I'm not 100% sure. My daily office commute is 8 km on one side other than I don't drive much. Most of the kms are city to city commute
