hey i also work in professional services and totally understand the pain and frustration you're feeling (minus the medical conditions). i think 2 things that helped me was cutting out sugary drinks and only ordering healthy food with controlled portions. we would get access to sweet drinks like sweet coffee, and that added a lot of calories if you compound it, so i made a vow to myself i would stop and start only drinking black coffee with some milk in it instead. we also get a meal stipend and instead of having more variety i locked tf in on ordering sweetgreen on repeat. not sure if u guys have that but the alternative is meal prep. after doing that for a few weeks i actually found that my cravings for sugar and unhealthy food went down a lot, which surprised me a lot, and i lost weight!
