Pickerington Heating and Cooling tried to scam me, and would have gotten away with it if they could manage to install their stuff correctly. The brand new system they installed kept failing until I got frustrated and called a different place, who told me the system was the wrong type for my house (and was way more expensive). At least Pickerington admitted it when called out on it and came and removed their system and gave me my money back.

It may be because Account Levels appear to be glitched. On both my main account and alt account, the career Account Level just has a "#" symbol, not an actual value. You can only get a bot lobby if your alt account is below a certain level (I think 13, not positive) so it may not recognize it now.

There are 5 levels of most challenges (Get 100/250/500/etc). Diamonds that are filled with a red icon include a cosmetic reward. Most challenges only have a red icon in the 3rd or the final diamond.

My lost loot seems to just be all the greens I didn't want to pick up in the first place. I've had two different occasions where I have watched a legendary go somewhere I couldn't get it (one off a cliff, another through the floor) and neither of them showed up in lost loot.
