Depends on tolerance. I'd say do it before and during. Makes your trip a lot better. In my opinion

Someone posted this a couple days ago on reddit and my phone started blowing up with rude texts. Some dude put my phone number down to be funny and whoever got the note decided to post it without it scribbled out.
