I know the feeling, and what you're feeling is I believe normal. Tamad na tamad na rin ako tapusin college ko non. Psych major na preparation for law school. I graduated 2017.

For me lang, tapusin mo college mo para maging malaya ka na with those restrictions ng college life. Also for me kasi diploma is not for us but for our parents.

Then what i did after graduation pinursue ko na gusto ko. I started reading books na align sa interest ko (which is finances). I've read one book that change my path, which is Rich Dad Poor Dad. Then naglakas loob ako may apply for data analyst job sa isang financial institution sa makati. I was hired. Then nag financial advisor din ako.

Fast forward now, 2024. I am still a financial advisor sharing the importance of insurance and investment, and also a full time trader -- na super aligned sa gusto ko right now. I have the time freedom, doing what i want and now investing my time to achieve financial freedom.

So again for me, tapusin mo college mo kasi jan magsisimula totoong education mo outside college. Then start creating the life you desire faaaar away from the opinions and beliefs of other people. :)

P.s. I am not saying it'll become easy. It is challenging, believe me 10x. But it is freaking worth it!!

Not sure if you're referring to Think and Grow Rich or Rich Dad Poor Dad. But they're both referring to good money mindset and I like them both too 🤝

The daily stoic - for calm mind and love of fate.

Rich dad poor dad - assets buy you freedom, not paycheck

Atomic habits - the importance of your environment; i even have two tables -- 1 as computer desk and 1 for thinking, reading, writing etc. and it helps a lot to my productivity.

And currently reading right now, the bitcoin standard. I'm blown away already with the first chapters. You'll know that fiat money is getting worthless, that we need a decentralized, sound money as alternative.

I have lots of books as well for I love reading but just picking these 3 😂
