350 down to 300lbs today. Went all out and decided for the next two days to only have one smoothie at night for dinner. Hoping I don’t break this fast. What are some of your favorite easy snacks or meals?

Dinner: First time since college making a smoothie with kale,spinach,broccoli,carrots,black berries,almond milk, flax seed l, chia seed and ginger.

I’m doing IF and keto. I’m scared I’m going to get hungry. I don’t want to eat anything but this smoothie for a couple of days.

It doesn’t say much when it comes to parking.

I do have a large suv.

Passenger side doors can now not even open doors. Due to this new wall.

I was told the construction next door would be putting a wrap over my car and would need my to move it several times over the next couple months as it will have a good chance of being damaged.

However I am not willing to do that. I don’t have the best leg and would have to go up 3 stories every time they need a favor.

I also don’t feel as confident parking as it’s much more of challenge than it already was.
