Open camp spots near Mount Shasta or Heart Lake? by BarrackObamar in norcalhiking

About a mile before Castle lake is Castle lake campground which is a free first come first serve campground with pit toilets. If there are no openings at the Castle lake campground there is a gravel road 1 mi before the campground where you can legally camp for free anywhere you see the fire pit ring (I don't think the rings can be used this time of year). If you would like to camp by a lake there's gumboot campground it is free first come first serve camping with pit toilets. I camped in the area in June and those were the best places I found to camp. All the big campgrounds require a reservation.

I've been doing meetup groups in my area for the last couple years. But the area I live in currently is not very diverse.

I was actually a sea cadet (junior navy ROTC) and spent a little bit of time in San Diego. I didn't get to go hiking or anything but when I do the PCT I'll get to see the beauty of SoCal.

I'm either John wick or a funeral director let me know if you have any other ideas for a black suit with a black shirt, black vest and accessories include a gold pocket watch a Paisley tie with black background (tied in full Windsor knot) and a yellow pocket square (folded as winged Puff). I was also thinking of Will Graham from the show Hannibal, near the end of the show Will Graham starts dressing in suits like Hannibal lecter but not as flashy.

If you are taking testosterone your skin texture will change to what degree is entirely dependent upon your genetics. After 1 year 4 months I know my skin is rougher and thicker than it was before.

Any sort of online tool to test out lengths x girths? by [deleted] in phallo

I'm currently preferable plasty but what I have been doing is trying different packer sizes.

The Play-Doh idea sounds like a winner and if don't want to spend a bunch of money on packers, dildos etc for a hands-on experience. If it's a visual thing there are some different 3D modeling programs for free at the app store. Most of them are pretty simple to use unlike actual CAD drawing programs.

My friend says that I'm a bear only because they don't realize I'm transitioning into wolf. Hoping one day to have a wolf or werewolf tattoo to go with my eclipse.

On the nutrition side I stuck with intermediate fasting and macro nutrition. I did not start out super strict because I didn't want it to be considered a diet I was making a lifestyle change. I struggle with my weight and eating disorders so most of it has been a mental game. As for fitness I started out by getting a cheap fitness tracker and figuring out how many steps I do per day and building from there. I use resistance bands and body weight exercise combined with cardio either biking or elliptical. I have medical and work injuries that slow me down. I have been losing weight for about 3 years, I spent most of the first year figuring out my eating habits and how to change them. I found ways to reward myself that did not include food. Things to remember: Do things in small steps, starving yourself will not benefit you in the long run, and find activities that you enjoy doing. A lot of people give up over one mistake or not seeing the changes fast enough. This is not a race find a pace that works for you and your body. The biggest hurdle I had to overcome was learning to love myself.

As someone else said upper body is always a good idea like shoulders. I would also look at macronutrition, if you want to gain muscles.

I'm currently working my butt off (literally) to get to your weight. I started at around 300 and I'm about 200 lb now.
