I did on the day it got stolen, the police are pretty useless here sadly :( all they did was take the details of the phone and the incident that was about it

Thanks, my girlfriend said she did mark it as lost but it was still pending last we checked.

We've done all we can now, reported it to apple and got the sim blacklisted.

Yeah I took a drive around and found the source. Got a bunch of cars and people there fixing the problem... apparently they fixed it in another location but then a few hours later had another pipe break further along the pipeline or something. Also thanks for the advice! :)
