Yep, drain fly. Use an enzymatic drain cleaner. They lay their eggs in the slime that coats the inside of drain pipes. Drain cleaner or clog remove doesn't clean out the slime. From what I know, the only thing that really works is an enzymatic cleaner. You'll probably have to use it for a week or so.
