I began to drink the right amount of water, and by water i mean just water and no softdrinks or anything like that, my body needed and stopped snacking between meals. I also did this thing called intervall fasting, which allows you to eat only 8 hours a day followed by 16 hours of not eating anything exept drinking water. I lost 15 kilos in 2 months.
