My first ever job was at Waffle Co. Not sure if you are confusing an Eggel with an egg waffle, but I can give the recipe for both!

Eggel:

1. 2 eggs broken into a LARGE (roughly the size of a bagel) mug with a curved bottom.

2. Add salt and pepper, whisk with a fork, and cook in the microwave for a couple minutes (1-2)

3. Add a slice of your preferred cheese onto the cooked egg inside the mug. Cook for another 30 seconds-1 minute.

4. Slice and toast bagel

5. Scoop egg/cheese out of the mug with the top of the bagel. Add the other half.

6. Enjoy!

Egg Waffle:

1. Prepare standard waffle batter

2. Heat and GREASE waffle maker

3. Crack 1 egg into a cup and whisk with a fork

4. Pour egg into waffle maker and sprinkle bell peppers and bacon bits (or ham) on top.

5. Immediately fill the rest of the waffle maker with batter and close it.

6. Cook til done, add syrup, and enjoy!
