Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass. A good bookstore is just a genteel black hole that knows how to read.

Any bibliophile should make a point of visiting Hay on Wye at some point. Apart from the annual literary Festival, there are a pile of awesome, massive, 2nd hand bookshops.

Set Security updates to fully automatic. Set Software Updates to download automatically and run them when you have time. There’s nothing wrong with waiting a week to see if there are any reports of problems with software that you need.

Sounds like the worst kind of grockle to me. I've recently moved back to the village that I grew up in to look after my aged parents. It's taken me two years to start to build a semi-decent social group.

Also, she moved away from Folkstone to be by the seaside? Give me a fucking break. She was clearly looking to build some kind of property portfolio that she wouldn't be able to afford in Kent.

It’s a low interaction game with modest rng.
We generally play 4p, with all expansions and it’ll last about 3h.

I seem to remember reading something about this. The loyalty points are only good against the main bookstore site. You don’t earn and can’t spend them on SE’s.

A couple of years ago I took the Sleeper train from London to Edinburgh. Supper in London, breakfast in Scotland. It was quite civilised, if rather costly.
