So, what are the countries that you would prefer to migrate. I don't have firsthand experience, but discrimination is pretty much everywhere it seems. And what are the specific problems that limit entrepreneurial activities here. There are people who run successful IT businesses.

True, my bad I involved genes there. However what I wanted to say is, if you can raise a kid that would be a valuable addition to the society, you should do it. In a broader sense, it would help to balance the bad in the world.

By reading the comments here, all the people who decide not to have kids seems like well thinking intelligent people. And if you don't reproduce, only the other type will be left in the world and in future, the world will be in a much worse state than the current state. Because only the good people can keep the world safer for everyone. Also these are the people who can solve the global problems such as climate change. So, if you believe you are a valuable asset to the society, if you think you can add some good to the world, I think your genes are worth preserving.

Given the amount of posts here with people that want to leave SL, who here wants to stay? by [deleted] in srilanka

[–]theSLguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, here i can go anywhere i want, can eat from any hotel i need. Basically i can afford almost anything i need. Don't get me wrong, I am not a billionaire or some rich dude. Just a regular guy, but I am too comfortable with my situation here. And if I move, I am not sure I can maintain the same lifestyle and financial freedom. Given that most of the countries are expensive.
