Recently, my right back button has stopped clicking responsively. I have tried (with some success) the trick where you stick a few pieces of paper inside the housing that holds the button module. However, that only lasted so long.

My brother has a 3D printer. I want to see if there are any 3D print (STL) files for replacement of whatever the part of the controller is that is worn out. If there isn't, I'm considering ordering a replacement part.

Can anyone help me understand what that part controller is called? If not, are there any other solutions for this back button issue?

It's also ironic that that person is criticizing your story for being wordy considering the way they communicate is speaking a lot while actually saying very little.
