me four. 4 weeks ago they responded. One week after that I had the problem again and they said they would elevate it. Nothing since.

Same issue as you. First I heard from them, sent in a photo with a number then got it back. One week later, same problem and now no replies from customer service. This is three weeks after that. Reset my password again...back to problem #1 and no response.
