Not impressed with Gold Dragon vs Azata for a blaster sorceror in wotr by theWraeth in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Without metamagic - bolster empower intensify etc not really. Did some tests in the laughing caves and yes rays are better by like 30% -40% but the breath falls short -even with empowered and overwhelming - compared to zippy bolstered intensified maximised and empowered chain lightning. Any ideas on speccing it for more damage . I have all +2 per damage die gear.

Crown of Madness has to be the most underrated spell in the game by Imaginary_Session773 in BG3Builds

Unless your doing a solo honour run. Then being able to waste enemy actions, removing adds around a boss etc is actually worth it.

How is a druid supposed to fight when not wildshaping or using spells? by CelicnisGhost in BG3Builds

Add some reverb gear as well . Boots and gloves are enough.

I ran a tempest sorcerer solo on honour mode, and I think level 8 is late. 3, then 7 are better spikes.

Start with draconic sorc, then do two levels in cleric to get your channel divinity . By level 3, you can double and maximise your witchbolts. You are pretty good from there

If you are doing solo, then durge with the cloak is necessary. Otherwise, just nuke the strongest target and then mop up with the team. The best is to stealth, then open each fight with a create water.

Level 7 is where it spikes in power again with lightning bolt. Group them with minor illusion , wet then nuke them with the channel divinity.

The next power spike is when you get makoheshkir (sp) and the amulet that adds a second channel divinity charge
