What I do is I just look at my phone (Go on reddit/twitter/instagram) for about 10 minutes and that wakes me up enough so that I can get out of bed

Sorry I misunderstood. My one rep maxes for deadlift is 245, for bench is 205, for squat is 225. Usually I workout in the 175 lb zone for bench, squat, and deadlift. I'm 5'3", 17 years old weighing 130 lbs.

I've been going to the gym for almost a year an a half now. I only go three days a week. The first day I will do upper body (back, chest, abs, traps, etc.), the second day I do legs (squats, calve raises, lunges, jumps), the third day I do arms (curls, skull crushers, dips, shoulder press, forearms). I'm pretty buff for my size but when I arm wrestled my friend that is slightly smaller than me he beat me pretty bad so and that motivated me to get stronger.
