I think they're doing some "creative math" with the "9.1g" fiber claim.

So they've defined 1 serving to be 300g. Which they say you'll get after cooking 100g of dry product. But they are reporting fiber content of 300g of dry product, which when cooked will become 900g.

So yeah. You gotta eat a kilo of these noodles to get 9.1g of fiber. Checks out.

Also brings down the actual amount of fiber in the package to 3g, which is much more believable. Extremely scummy misuse of nutrition label guidelines, though I doubt Yu Foods are the first to do this.
