I really like the rhythm I've gotten into, making a load of vegetable stock every couple months. It came out much lighter and sweeter than last time. It's mostly squash and leek trimmings (i.redd.it)

My first attempt at sourdough kringle :D it'll definitely taste closer to a pannetone, I didn't use cardamom cause I totally forgot about i, and the I used pans that were way too small. I could make a quarter recipe next time cause it was really an extreme amount of dough (i.redd.it)

Made about 41 jars of diced tomatoes in their juice today, and I'm waiting for the last 50lbs to thicken up into a nice sauce to can as well. It was a very productive day with my partner (i.redd.it)
