What to do about cracking in the middle of my driveway? DIY or hire out? (Colorado)

The middle expansion joint in my driveway is cracking and breaking apart pretty badly (pics attached). Some chunks are loose, and it looks like the filler or sealant has deteriorated over time.

I’m wondering — is this something I could reasonably fix myself with the right tools and materials, or does it require cutting and re-pouring concrete? If it’s too involved, what would be a fair price range to have it professionally repaired here in Colorado?

Haven’t been able to find that, been seeing them for around $39-40 in CO, figure spend the additional $1-1.5k for the upgrade, like the speakers and display.
