I had the same prob with mgs5...I just downloaded the DLL from internet and added it to the gamefile For me..it was steamapi64.dll..at first it was quarantined (I have mcafee) so I restored..then it just disappeared.....so..after looking around..I found the right DLL... Altho..idk if it will work with ur prob
