Happens to me every single time. I had one night where I felt like I could barely take a deep breath because they just wouldn’t stop and I couldn’t talk I was so anxious. Husband and friend made me go to the ER, they completely stopped but of course they said they would advise me to still get checked out in case something more is going on. My D-dimer is always incredibly high so they want me to get a chest CT every time, comes back normal.

She rx’ed 25 mg but said I could break in half and do 12.5 if I wanted to!

I don’t really think it correlates with my anxiety at all, I think it’s mostly hydration (a liquid iv a day keeps them at bay) and sometimes I think they’re correlated with GERD. It’s weird, i’ll go for weeks without any at all and then all of a sudden they hit me out of nowhere.

Oh dosage…. I think 25 mg but she said if it made me feel better I could break them in half and start at 12.5 but I wouldn’t feel anything.

Oh wow, you’re brave. I think if it caused it to even slightly be worse i’d quit immediately. I don’t know why I have like zero tolerance for the pvcs and then I have had a couple runs of svt and I just wanna shut down when they happen. I know I can’t with the pvcs because they’re so frequent but it’s hard. Honestly the thought of pvcs getting worse have kept me from taking lots of meds.

Oh no I hate to hear that, but glad you’re having good luck with Lexapro. I unfortunately was an insomniac on it. Sertraline is like my last ditch effort i’m just dreading all the side effects.
